How do you build resilience into your team and organization?

Implemented a "stupid questions" session in our weekly meeting. The number of brilliant ideas that emerged from people asking basic questions was shocking. Turns out permission to seem uninformed actually unlocks group intelligence. We've made three operational improvements already based on questions people were "too embarrassed" to ask.
I'm making a piece specifically for someone I love, with no commercial intent or audience in mind. It's somehow the most honest work I've made in years. When you remove the pressure to perform, creation becomes pure again. This is what I'm chasing—that feeling.
What made your creative environment actually work?
I've been studying the same artist's work obsessively for a month, trying to understand their technique. Today it clicked—not their technique, but their intention behind each mark. Once you see the why, you can finally see the how. This is how you actually learn from other artists, not by copying, but by understanding their decision-making.
What ritual helps you enter creative mode quickly
I replaced all the lightbulbs in my house with warm-toned ones. It sounds silly, but the whole place feels cozier and more peaceful now. Lighting is truly underrated.
What's one relationship that got better just from talking about it?
